London is a Good City to Live in for David Swanton

David Swanton has lived in London for a very long time. He enjoys the city a great deal. If he ever feels bored, there is always something he can find to do like go to museums, shows, a good restaurant, or tons of other activities. London simply never gets boring.

London is the capital of the United Kingdom and has been for many years. There are over eight million people living in the city, which means there is a lot of anonymity for David Swanton and all of the citizens who live there. David likes that, as he enjoys being able to do what he wants to do without everyone knowing about it and gossiping.

London is so big that it is actually the largest urban area in all of the European Union. Another reason that David Swanton loves the city of London is because it is truly a global city, perhaps the first modern global city. London strongly embraces commerce, education, arts, research, tourism, and many more industries that keep its economy bustling and varied.

David Swanton was very proud of the city during the 2012 summer Olympics. London had a lot of security, construction, and preparation to do leading up to the games. But everything came together and the city impressed the whole world with how well it ran the Olympics. London is the only city to have hosted three modern Summer Olympics and Londoners are quite proud of that fact.

David Swanton is a fan of history and London is full of history. Simply going to visit some of the landmarks can make you feel like you've stepped back in time. David Swanton has been to the Royal Observatory, the Tower of London, Westminster Abbey, Trafalgar Square and many of the other famous locations in the city.

Exercise a Part of Everyday Life for David Swanton

David Swanton is someone who has never let his health take a backseat to other things in life. There are a lot of professionals out there who neglect their health for a variety of reasons. Some people are so incredibly busy that they don't have the motivation to make the time to exercise. Others are so stressed out and unhappy that they never become motivated in the first place to exercise, even if it would help their state of mind.

David Swanton never had those problems. From a young age he was always into doing active things. He loved to play football and other sports with his friends. Riding bikes and swimming are also favorite pasttimes of David's. Now that he's older and has a career of his own, he makes it a point to include physical activities almost every day of his life.

There are so many benefits to exercise that David Swanton doesn't understand why so many people refuse to do it. It has been shown that people who exercise live longer, happier lives on average. To David Swanton it's a no-brainer: exercise means a happy and healthier life.

Plus, the more you exercise, the more you can enjoy your favorite meals without feeling guilty about your weight or calorie intake. This piece of mind and relaxation that regular exercise provides means a much less stressful life. Any self-imposed stress is unhealthy anyway, yet all it takes is some commitment to working out and you can remove a lot of that.

David Swanton loves to swim, bike, and go for long walks to get his exercise. He has been doing those things for years and really enjoys the time he sets aside everyday to get his exercise in. He can only hope more people start to enjoy all of the benefits of regular exercises.
